NaNoWriMo buddies

Anyone who is game enough to ask knows that I had a negative experience with NaNoWriMo last year. Now don’t worry, I’ll stay off my soap box and save you rolling your eyes over my ranty pants story. This year is different. This year, I have Vail.

On the nights when I’m distracted and surfing tumblr for no good reason, she’s there to chat to. It’s been great to have someone who’s a serious writer to bounce the randomness that is NaNoWriMo off of. To share frustration at the word count, or at the expectations of other WriMoers.

Moral of the story, NaNoWriMo is better with a friend. *clings to Vail until she beats me off with her shoe*
