Yep, I'm styling all over the place. While I loved my old website and 'brand', it was time for a new and improved Alysha. VailEd knows me well and was able capture the essence of Alysha Hayden perfectly. So a massive thanks to her for doing all the design and graphic work for us all to enjoy.
I've received an overwhelming response of positivity towards the new look. I'm glad everyone is loving the new website. A bonus feature to this is the interest it's garnered in Buried Alive.
Buried Alive will be the first novel in an Urban Fantasy series called, Dead Man's Dance. When we launched the new site, I placed up the blurb for this story and people are excited. I've even had people asking me where they can buy it because they can't find it on Amazon, and it sounds like something they'd love.
Guys and gals...
My confession with this is that I haven't even sent it to an agent or publisher. I'm determined to get Buried Alive right. This book will be the foundation for the series, so it can't be rushed. Which is why it's no where near ready to buy, yet.
In October I do plan to pitch the novel, and the series to both agents and publishers. Don't worry, I'll keep everyone up to date on how that goes. Most likely in my vlogs, which you can find on my YouTube channel.
