This Week's Inspiration

It's Friday night here in the land of Oz, and I'm in the mood to do something a little different. For this week's post, I'm going to share with you all things that inspired me this week.

WARNING! You are about to see inside the head of Alysha Hayden. It's a strange place. What is contained within might not be for everyone.

I stumbled across this amazing depiction of a 'Raven Queen' on tumblr. The creators have watermarked their details onto the photo if you're interested in finding more of their work. This image reminded me of a short story I've been working on, for what seems like, since the beginning of time. One day I'll finish it, until then I'll stare at this amazing artwork.

Tree houses are something that have always fascinated me in the land of fantasy. This image depicts an entire community held within. Amazing. As for the source on this one, I could only trace it back as far as Black-Rose-89. Not sure if that was the original creator. If you know who made this amazing image, let me know because I'd love to see more from this artist.

This woman is not only gorgeous but this image screams story to me. What that is, I can't say at this stage. Though, with just one look at this photo and my brain went into ideas overdrive. 

I love all things gothic, and shoes are no exception. I get all my funky boots needs from ClubWear Australia. Seriously, aren't these boots fucking amazing???
